Ms. Taliaferro earned a Master's Degree from Western Kentucky University in 2001. She is a Certified Forensic Addictions Examiner, Substance Abuse Professional and Internationally Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor. She is a member of NAADC - The Association for Addiction Professionals, the Chamber of Commerce and the Professional Business Women's Association.
